- Aches and pains, including headaches, earaches, and oral health concerns like mouth ulcers and cold sores.

However, if you are dealing with more severe medical conditions or emergencies, we recommend seeking immediate assistance at your local accident and emergency (A&E) department for urgent care. Some serious concerns that require A&E include:
- Severe blood loss.
- Suspected fractures or broken bones.
- Sudden vision loss.
- Sudden severe headache
- Seizures or severe neurological symptoms.
- Poisoning or ingestion of harmful substances.
- Presence of foreign objects in the body.
- Persistent chest pain or breathing difficulties.
