As per our T&C’s, you also fully agree to the following:

• Laboratory Samples: I understand that my samples are analysed at an external Laboratory and therefore OneMedicine Ltd in the unlikely event that samples go missing or are damaged and the lab is unable to complete the request, will invite the patient to reattend for a new sample at the earliest opportunity. In addition, turnaround times are approximate and may vary due to the specific test required. I hereby acknowledge and accept these terms relating to sample results.
• Questions and Clarifications: I have had the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the procedure/service, and all my queries have been answered to my satisfaction.
• Confidentiality: I understand that my personal and medical information will be treated with strict confidentiality, except as required by law.
• Financial Responsibility: I am aware of the financial costs associated with the procedure/service, and I agree to be responsible for any associated fees.
• OneMedicines fees are non refundable, unless and if otherwise stated. Fees must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
