  • Medical History & Lifestyle Review – A chat about your alcohol intake, habits, and any potential risks to your health.
  • Height, Weight & BMI Check – Understanding how your weight and overall health may impact your liver.
  • Urinalysis – A quick urine test to check for signs of diabetes, anaemia, or cardiovascular risks.
  • Blood Pressure & Pulse Check – Helping detect any early signs of heart strain related to alcohol use.

A comprehensive battery of blood tests to assess in detail your livers function:

  • HbA1C: to assess for metabolic syndrome, which can contribute to fatty liver disease.
  • Full Lipid Profile: Provides insight into metabolic liver  causes of liver disease
  • Ferritin: Elevated in certain liver conditions such as Haemochromatosis and inflammation
  • Full Blood Count (FBC) & ESR: A blood test that looks for inflammation, liver stress, and overall health markers.
  • Liver Function Test: Assessing liver as well as the
