We recently had an appointment at One Medicine with Dr Ahmed and Professor Khan (cardiologist).

From the moment we met them, both doctors were exceptional. They were calm, professional, thorough, and incredibly compassionate. My husband had been experiencing intermittent chest pain (seen and discharged by a&e), and understandably we were both very anxious. Dr Ahmed and Professor Khan took their time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and reassure us in a way that genuinely put us at ease.

Their attention to detail and clinical expertise were outstanding, but what truly stood out was their kindness and empathy. They did not rush us, they answered every question patiently, and they made us feel supported during a very frightening time.

I cannot recommend Dr Ahmed highly enough. We saw him today for my son's rash, which turned out to be chickenpox. My son is extremely fearful of doctors and any potential 'pain,' but Dr Ahmed was absolutely wonderful with him.
