What you need to bring

Important information and tips for your visa medical

  • Timing and scheduling: It’s best to book your visa medical well in advance of your planned travel date to allow time for any additional tests or follow-up appointments.
  • Document preparation: Ensure that all necessary documents are completed and brought to your appointment to avoid any delays. Missing documents can result in rescheduling your medical.
  • After your medical: Once all tests are completed, your results and final medical report will be prepared within 4 working days. You will receive a PDF copy via email and the original by recorded delivery.
  • Refund policy: Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of your medical if your visa application is not successful. Please ensure all other visa requirements are met before scheduling your medical.
